What helps me answer
What you have already tried, what happened, and what you were hoping would happen instead. Those three things settle more questions than a photograph does. A message that says my eyeliner keeps smudging, I use a pencil, and it is gone by lunch is one I can actually answer. If a question turns out to be one a lot of people are asking, it may become an article, and I will tell you before that happens.
What I cannot do
I cannot tell you your undertone from a description, cannot match a foundation shade remotely, and do not take paid consultations. I have not seen your face in daylight and would be guessing alongside you. Anything to do with skin that is sore, reacting, or breaking out belongs with a doctor rather than in my inbox.
Corrections
If something here is wrong, say so and show me why. A technique I described badly is worth more to me than a compliment, and the fix goes on the page with a note about what changed.
